How to Redeem
- Strictly no walk-ins or phone bookings
- Bookings essential via email: balloon@globalballooning.com.au, quoting your voucher number, preferred flight date and flight location, the full name of all attendees, mobile number and body weights in kgs of all participants if booking multiple vouchers
- Book in advance to secure desired date and time
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
